About Us

Two friends. One promise to the strays.

SWAP began as a small, personal habit of feeding neighbourhood dogs — and grew into a full community built around compassion, transparency and action.

The Founders

People behind SWAP

Two engineers who traded a few extra hours of sleep for street rounds, vet visits and a growing community of volunteers.

Our Journey

How SWAP started

The Spark

A few bowls of food, every evening

It started small — leftover food, a couple of street dogs, and a habit that never stopped.

Building The Circle

Friends became volunteers

Word spread, more hands joined, and feeding rounds turned into organised routes across neighbourhoods.

First Rescue

Medical support for the first injured pup

A rescue call led to our first vet partnership — and the realisation that feeding alone wasn't enough.

Today

A registered community effort

SWAP now runs regular feeding rounds, emergency rescues and treatment support — powered entirely by donors and volunteers.

Vision

A city where no stray goes hungry or untreated

We want every neighbourhood to have a feeding route, every injured animal to have a rescue call away, and every rescued dog a real shot at a loving home. That future is built one donation, one volunteer, one rescue at a time.

Future Goals

Where we're headed

  • → Expand feeding routes to more neighbourhoods
  • → Set up a dedicated emergency vet fund
  • → Grow a trained volunteer rescue network
  • → Launch adoption drives for treated strays
