SWAP began as a small, personal habit of feeding neighbourhood dogs — and grew into a full community built around compassion, transparency and action.
It started small — leftover food, a couple of street dogs, and a habit that never stopped.
Word spread, more hands joined, and feeding rounds turned into organised routes across neighbourhoods.
A rescue call led to our first vet partnership — and the realisation that feeding alone wasn't enough.
SWAP now runs regular feeding rounds, emergency rescues and treatment support — powered entirely by donors and volunteers.
We want every neighbourhood to have a feeding route, every injured animal to have a rescue call away, and every rescued dog a real shot at a loving home. That future is built one donation, one volunteer, one rescue at a time.
